Looking at Tweed’s Houndstooth & Soda today.
Quick cuts on this one; it’s below average price, below average content.
Below average price by volume. When you do the math on content, it’s a bit more expensive than average.
Tastes are abbreviated sweets over a green herb midrange; the notes are very clean & fresh, but brief. There are little earths to it, character is more near mint than it is musk. The finish frays into a synthetic taste with a dish soap feel. Leave is persistently herbal.
Mouth feel is light. Not very sugary or syrupy. More heavy than sparkling water but lighter than soda.
